Chrome 80-Spoke Wheel Assemblies
For Custom Wide Tire Applications

• 80-spoke design with 6/8 gauge round or twisted spokes and custom nipples
• Chromed steel rims
• Chrome billet hubs with diamond facets
• Chrome valve stems
• Each wheel includes 3/4" and 1" sealed wheel bearings and center spacers so you can custom tailor your wheel to your frame
• Silicone sealed spoke wells for tubeless tires
• Front wheels available in single and dual disc
• Rear wheels wider than 5.50" have three bearings (two on the drive side for extra support)
• Wheels require the use of 2000-up brake rotors and pulleys

Chrome 80-Spoke Wheel Assemblies
With Aluminum Hubs

Paughco is now offering these high quality 80-spoke wheels to help bring your wide tire custom to life. They come with chrome, forged aluminum hubs with decorative facets, round chrome spokes and chrome rims. The front 21" wheel is designed for use with 1984–99 single disc brakes and forks, and comes with Timken bearings ready for installation. The 8.50" and 10.50" rear wheels feature three late model sealed bearings – one on the brake side and two on the pulley side (3/4" I.D. and 1" I.D. bearings are included), and have the larger 2.20"-diameter spigots for 2000-up brake rotors and belt pulleys. The rear wheels are sealed in the spoke wells for tubeless tire applications.

Front Wheel

This wheel fits single disc Dyna Wide Glides, FX Softails (except H-D Springer models) and 4-speed FXWG models from 1984 thru 1999, as well as all Paughco Springers (when using the appropriate Paughco axle kit).
