Mustang And Axed Gas Tanks For Sportsters Thru 1978

Available in two popular styles that will bolt right to the stock frame mounts on 1957-1978 Sportsters. They have early cam-style gas cap bungs, and internally threaded bungs on the right-side for 3/8" NPT aftermarket or HD petcocks. All tanks come with a bare metal finish, and have been pressure tested.

One-Piece Fat Bob Gas Tanks For
2004-2006 Sportster Models

A pair of custom gas tanks made specifically for the newest generation of Sportsters with rubber-mounted engines. They feature an offset, stock-style screw-in filler with vent, and have a standard 22mm external thread petcock fitting for OEM and aftermarket petcocks installed on the left-side of the tanks. These tanks are offered in two different widths to hold 3.4 or 4.5 gallons of gas, and each one includes a Paughco #747-2 threaded hose line fitting for the vent bung on the bottom right-side of the tank. They attach to the stock frame mounting points on all Sportsters with carburetors from 2004 thru 2006.

Great looking ‘Old School’ Sportster King and Standard size gas tanks modified to feature very low 1¼"-deep tunnels and flat bottoms. They sit up tall on the frame backbone for a cool ‘Frisco-Style’ custom look, and are the same size as our other popular Paughco flat bottom Sportster tanks, but have the special tunnel. 1915ST – 3.5 Gallon Capacity

Paughco 1915-Style Flat Tanks

This 3.5-gallon two-piece tank was specially-designed for a new frame (#128S5-USP) that was originally commissioned by U.S. Choppers for their Boardtrack Rolling Chassis’ project. It includes petcock fittings, crossover line fittings and threaded gas caps and bungs (not installed). This permits the builder to position them where he wants. The tanks can be used for all fuel, or half oil and half fuel, and are made from 16-gauge steel.
