Due to an extremely large selection and wide variations in frame options, most Paughco frames are built to order. They have lead times of three to five weeks, depending on the time of the year. Please review our web pages to help you in selecting the frame part number that Paughco will use as the basis for your finished product, and then call us TOLL FREE at 800-423-2621 to select your optional equipment, and to place your order.

When placing your order, we will need the following information from you:
•  Year and type of engine to be used
•  Year and type of transmission used
•  Type of rear brakes you want to use
•  If you want early-style or 1984-up ‘flatside’
Fat Bob gas tank mounts
•  Neck for 7/8" or 1" stem (Sportster)

Frames For 45" And “Magnum” Engines

At that time, you will be provided with an estimate of your total cost, including freight and applicable taxes (if any), and the projected lead time. When ordering a frame by telephone, we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit that can be paid by money order, or with a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. Upon completion of your order, we will contact you with your remaining balance, and complete payment is expected at that time. Please order carefully, as a cancellation or a change after a 48 hour period, could result in a 20% restocking fee and/or loss of your down payment.

Paughco recommends pre-fitting parts before painting. These frames are not stock replacement items..... they have many stock-type options, however, they are not exact replicas.

If you don’t want to wait for your Paughco frame to be custom built to your specifications, we offer a selection of sixteen of our most popular frame configurations for Big Twin and Sportster engines thru our ‘In-Stock Frames’ program. Click here to visit the page where you can review your choices.

To achieve a level ride height when using a 21" front and a 16" rear wheel with a Paughco Springer or stock triple trees, please use the table below to determine the front end length. When using Paughco raked triple trees, please call our sales staff TOLL FREE at 800-423-2621 to determine the correct length.
Due to other factors such as variations in rim size and tire sidewall height, all lengths listed below are approximate.
Springers are not recommended for use with rakes over 40°

* Wide Glide fork lengths are based on a stock FXWG fork. When installing 4-speed FLH
forks, add 4" to the measurements shown above (examples: use stock length fork tubes
on frames with a 30° rake and no stretch in the downtubes, or use 8" over fork tubes on
frames with a 35° rake and 4" stretch in the downtubes).
