All Internet orders for in-stock items processed through our online shopping cart and received before Noon PST, are processed on the SAME business day. Otherwise, they will be processed the NEXT business day. All items may not be in stock at the time of your order. Because we manufacture and chrome-plate the vast majority of our products on-site, there may be a slight delay in shipping while your parts are made. If there will be a delay of more than two business days, we will contact you at the phone number and/or e-mail address you provided at the time of order. Please make sure to adjust your spam filter to accept e-mails from our “paughco.com” domain.
With the exception of the items offered on our “In-Stock Frames” pages, the balance of our frames and Springers are SPECIAL ORDER items that CANNOT be ordered online at this time. They are manufactured to order, and have lead times of three to five weeks, depending on the time of the year. Please review the PDF documents on our web site to help you in selecting the frame or Springer part number that Paughco will use as the basis for your finished product, and then call us TOLL FREE at 800-423-2621 to select your optional equipment, and to place your order. At that time, you will be provided with an estimate of your total cost, including freight and applicable taxes (if any), and the projected lead time.
All prices shown on our web site are MSRP prices that are subject to change without prior notice. When you place an online order, the price that appears in your shopping cart will be honored. Paughco, Inc. only accepts Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards, and your card will be charged at the time that your online order is processed. If your credit card is declined, you will be notified that your order will not be processed at the phone number and/or e-mail address that you provided. Paughco, Inc. does not accept COD orders.
When ordering a frame or Springer by telephone, we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit that can be paid by money order, or with a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. Upon completion of your order, we will contact you with your remaining balance, and complete payment is expected at that time.
Orders shipped to addresses in Nevada will be charged sales tax on the purchase amount AND the freight charge (if any) in accordance with Nevada Administrative Code 372.101.
All orders are shipped by FedEx to residential or business addresses in the continental US…. also known as the lower 48 states. Sorry, but we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes. To help us expedite your order, please double check the accuracy of your shipping and contact information before you transmit it. While placing your online order, you will be given the option of having it shipped by one of four methods. They are:
FedEx 3 Day Express Saver
FedEx 2 Day Air
FedEx Standard Overnight
Please consult the FedEx Shipping Chart below to help you in determining your best option. Obviously, it would be senseless to choose 3 Day Express Saver, and pay the extra costs associated with that choice, if you live in a FedEx two day or three day ground service area.
All retail orders of $250.00 or more (including the items that are part of our “In-Stock Frames”) qualify for FedEx Ground FREE FREIGHT. If one of the other shipping methods is chosen, no credit will be given for the difference between the ground freight amount and the freight cost for the chosen method. Said another way, if you purchase $250.00 or more of products and choose a shipping method other than FedEx Ground, Paughco won’t be contributing anything towards your freight costs.
There have been instances where orders consisting of two or more boxes, were charged an incorrect amount of freight by our FedEx shipping computer. This situation can occur when the order didn’t qualify for free FedEx Ground freight, or, the customer specified a shipping method other than FedEx Ground, or there is some other anomaly with the order. Sometimes, this will result in additional freight charges, or sometimes there will be a credit due to the customer. Paughco, Inc. reserves the right to make these adjustments after first contacting the customer to make them aware of the need for a freight charge adjustment.
Our agreement with FedEx states that all shipments do NOT require a signature for packages being delivered. If you do not feel it is safe to leave the package on your doorstep if there is no one home, please indicate in writing that a signature is required in the “Special Request” box in our Shopping Cart.
Any order that is returned to Paughco, Inc. as being undeliverable, will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to the return freight charges. This amount will be deducted from the amount that we credit back to you on your charge card.
All products are thoroughly inspected and packaged, and are in good condition when they leave our shipping department. If a box is damaged in transit (broken open and/or badly crushed), and the product has been damaged as a result, you should immediately notify FedEx at:
The responsibility for proper delivery is upon them. Please keep all packaging materials, until they have examined your shipment and processed your claim.
DO NOT return the parts to Paughco, Inc. for shipping related damage.
All merchandise is fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for 60 days. Chrome-plating is guaranteed for 60 days against pitting, peeling and flaking. The chrome-plating on exhaust systems is NOT guaranteed due to bluing. Frame, Springer, fuel tank, and oil tank claims can only be decided after Paughco, Inc. inspects the item. The warranty does NOT cover paint or labor claims of any type.
All sales are final. Returns will be accepted within 60 days of invoice. Please verify your application before placing your order. Paughco, Inc. is not obligated to make exchanges or refunds for items that do not fit, unless there is an error in our online application information. If there is an error on our part, we will provide an exchange, if available, or a refund if the proper item is not available. Items purchased that may have been installed or used in any way, are not returnable for any reason. Items that are shipped correctly according to description specifics, will not be exchanged or returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Absolutely no returns on electrical items will be accepted. We only accept returns on defective items.
All returns must obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) before being returned, and the product must be returned within 14 days of the RGA# being issued. Please contact us during regular business hours at 800-423-2621 to arrange for a return and get your RGA#. If the item is returned without an RGA#, it will be refused and returned to the buyer at their expense. If Paughco, Inc. receives the item in less than resalable condition, we will return the product to the buyer, and you will be responsible for any shipping costs involved.
Nevada law governs all transactions between Paughco, Inc. and its customers.
