A.
Frames and Springers are not in stock items, they are built to
order. It usually takes 8 to 10 weeks from the date of order,
depending on the amount of orders we have.
Q.
How much does shipping cost?
A.
Paughco ships UPS ground, unless otherwise requested. Cost is
determined based on your location, weight and dimensions of the
package. Shipping is determined when the order is invoiced for
shipment.
Q.
Why was the shipping so expensive for my exhaust system, pipes
and/or mufflers?
A.
Paughco packs the exhaust systems, pipes and mufflers carefully
to avoid damage during shipping. The size of packaging that is
used for these particular items are usually oversized 1
or 2, which is an additional charge. UPS does charge more
for the package after it is packed, due to expansion of the package.

If you have a motorcycle shop/business, you can become a Paughco
dealer. We can fax or mail you the application. In addition to
the application, we require a copy of your business license and
tax/resale permit. If you provide those documents, we dont
usually require pictures of the shop. Dealers are usually established
in less than a week upon receipt of the requested information.

A. Paughco
charges $8.00 (In the U.S.), $14.00 (Canada) and $20.00 (Overseas)
per catalog. We take orders for catalogs with VISA or MASTERCARD
prepayment. The catalog is over 300 pages and a price list is
included. They are sent Post Office, media mail so it can take
2 to 4 weeks to receive it. See the catalog info page here.
Q.
Why cant I order on-line?
A.
On-line ordering is not practical at this time. There are so many
variables/questions/makes/models/years etc., the best way to assure
you get the right part for the application is to talk to a sales
person. In the future we may have on-line ordering for some parts.
